Phoenix Gold Resources

Phoenix Gold Resources has a 70% (and increasing) interest in a high grade
silver/gold property known as Coyote Knolls in the Delta Quadrangle area of
Utah, USA. Historically, 300,000,000 ounces of silver and 3,000,000 ounces of
gold have been mined from this general area of Utah. A pilot production plant
is on site at Coyote Knolls and is processing stockpiled and near surface ore
grading 22 opt (753 gpt) silver and 0.12 opt (4.11 gpt) gold. These grades add
up to $200 a ton.

The company has also acquired a 100% interest in a nearby (15 km) highly
prospective silver/gold property. The Dome Hill property has returned rock
grab samples assaying 145 to 3860 gpt (4.23 to 112.45 opt) of silver and 0.2
to 10.31 gpt (0.01 to 0.3 opt) of gold.

It is anticipated that the cash proceeds from ore concentrate sales from
stockpiled ore at both Coyote Knolls and Dome Hill wiil be used to finance
exploration and deep drill programs at both properties.

Shareholder value will be enhanced as the cost for continuing exploration will
come from the cash proceeds of concentrate sales and not through frequent
share placements as many companies have had to resort to in the current mining
investment climate.

Robert Matthews is IR as well as a Director of the Company and is receptive to
calls from interested parties.
