PGU has tumbled to under $9 as of today (Dec. 4, 1996). The stock currently has strong buy ratings from more than one brokerage house, as well as newsletter buy recommendations. What appears to be a 200,000 share buy occured at opening bell this morning. This stock has seen $17-18 twice this year.
