By all accounts the videoconferencing market is set to explode. Technology has enabled better and better quality video at cheaper and cheaper prices. It seems there will be money made by investing in the winners in this market.
A number of the companies are already covered individually in SI, but I thlink a forum on the industry to sort out technology, players and markets would be useful.
CLIX and VTEL are industry veterans. PCTL and VSVR have taken market leadership positions. Newer players such as CFON and others have entered the market. And certainly not least, MSFTand INTC have declared that soon every PC sold will be video equipped.
So who will be the winners ? Anyone want to discuss ? |
