Stephen Madden (SHOO:NASDAQ). Starting to gain momentum in expectation of a possible BUY recommendation from Ladenburg, Thalman and Hambrecht & Quist. Both analysts are waiting to get a better feel for what the 4Q earnings will be they should issue their recommendations in a few weeks. This company was around $9 very recently but earnings fell short of what was expected. This time they should easily surpass expected earnings. $5.25-5.45 is a mayor technical breakout point. This one could fly very soon!
