Hi Everybody
I'm starting this thread to discuss Leitch Technology Corporation (LTV on TSE). Here's a bit of information from their latest quarterly interim report:
Leitch Technology Corporation designs, manufactures and markets electronic equipment that is used to distribute, process and switch high-quality video and audio signals required by television broadcast facilities and independent production or post-production studios.
I watch Squawk Box on CNBC every morning and not too long ago they had a guest analyst who is an "expert" on Canadian stocks. He called LTV a sleeper stock. Said that it has a tremendous potential because they manufacture high quality equipment of interest to virtually every broadcasting station.
Subsequently, I saw some short articles in the Financial Post (Canadian financial paper with national daily distribution) confirm that this is a well managed company.
Started monitoring the stock and noticed that it is thinly traded. This week it was trading in the $CDN24 to $25 range.
Anybody out there follow this company? I would appreciate any comments or additional information. As far as I know LTV doesn't have a home page on the web. |
