I am a stock holder of NP-ENERGY CORP. NPEC (otc-bb). In January 1997, I
shall make a trip to visit the Corporate Headquarters of NP-ENERGY.
Mr. Les Price "CEO" of the company will answer stockholders questions with
me. This meeting will be "live/on-line" in this thread. Prior to the meeting,
we are assembling a list of questions for Mr. Price which will be presented
in advance. Answers will be presented on-line first then a period of
follow-up questions can be asked and answered "live".
Please list your questions here on this thread for Mr. Price to answer.
Mr. Price will need some time to have reports and contracts available to
answer all questions during the meeting. I will forward the list
questions to Mr. Price from this thread once the meeting date is firm.
NOTES:
1. Initially this is to be a place to list questions only you would like answered
by Mr. Price. Please have discussions in the thread listed below. During
and after the meeting, I think discussions and opinions would be helpful
in this thread.
2. Please be respectful of Mr. Price's position and his offer to respond to
these questions in this environment.

The initial meeting will take place on a Thursday afternoon with the
on-line meeting taking place on Friday. The exact dates and time in January
have yet to be firmed up. Once the meeting is firm, a notice will be placed
in all three forums.
