Return to USBL (United States Basketball League)

OK, Ive been asked to start a new thread under the present trading symbol. Here it is. Hope it helps.

Yes, Im still in this stock with a small position. I bought in at @2 1/3 and it immediately went down. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I really jumped on this stock before doing any DD of any sort, just on their news release of great (can't think of the numbers right now) revenues and earnings. What I hadnt thought about was that this company, a summer basketball league, is very seasonal. For a small speculative position I still believe this is an interesting play. Afterall, it is the only publicly owned professional sports league and it is growing and gaining more visibility each year. I believe its games, at least some of them, will be carried on cable this year. I only wish I had looked at a chart of historical closes and volume before I bought. If I had, I would probably not have bought in at the level that I did or at the time that I did, as it was at the recent high and in the fall. For the short term, if it moves to amount to anything, it will probably be this summer, in their business season. For the long term, it has the potential to turn out to be a big winner, though Im not usually that long a term investor. They do have a web page, check it out for more info. Otherwise, it seems the available info on the league is as sparse as the daily volume.
