Semms like SCQ-VSE is going to hook up with a Swedish company named Boliden AB and jointly list themselves in Northern Europe. They are going to do exploration work in Northern Europe together. SCQ's price went from $0.99 cents to close at it's high of $1.20 on high volume.Does anyone care to comment?
