Pomeroy Computer Resources is a growing computer 'integration co.' based in Hebron, Ky. They provide consulting, sales, installation and maintainence services to medium and large co.s, and are showing excellent growth numbers.
News released today includes Q4 (ending Jan. 5) revenues up 70% (from last yr) to $102MM and yearly revenues up 45% to $335MM. Also in the release was an announcement of four new regional offices in Columbus OH, Memphis, Montgomery and Memphis.
They are planning on a secondary offering of 1.1MM shares, and David Pomeroy has registered to sell 80K, which would bring the total outstanding from 6.4MM to 7,580,000 shares. Considering the growth and aggressive managerial style of the co, it would seem like a good time to do this. I got in today and plan to hold.
