Crystal Systems IPO to price tonight-underwriter

NEW YORK, Jan 30 (Reuter) - Crystal Systems Solution Ltd ( crysf ) will come to market earlier than previously expected,
lead underwriter Hampshire Securities said Thursday.

The company's initial public offering of three million shares is now due to price later today, the underwriter said. It had been
scheduled for next week.

The company makes software designed to address the "Year 2000 problem," which is a glitch that could cause many
computers to crash when the date rolls over from 1999 to 2000.

It plans to offer three million shares, Hampshire said.
