Super Twins is waiting for the completion of a feasability study, that is expected to increase proven reserves from 2 million tonnes of Wollastonite, to better then 10 million tonnes, with 30 million plus in the probable category. For perspective, a deposit containing $200.00 short ton material, is approximately equivalant in gross value, to a Gold deposit containing 17g/tonne AU. If the numbers are met, the gross deposit value would exceed 2.5 Billion dollars U.S., not encluding the probable reserves.........WOLLASTONITE, is a mineral with consistant growth in price and demand. It has a growing number of applications, and is presently used in paint as filler, industrial coatings, building materials, and plastic reinforcement industries, to name a few. The price received varies depending on certain qualities and charactoristics of the product. Such as purity, whiteness, aspect ratio (length to width), LOI (loss on ignition) and iron content. The low end of the product market starts at about $180.00 U.S. dollars a short ton and runs to $3,000.00 U.S. for high aspect and treated fiber materials.............SUPER TWINS DEPOSIT at Isk stands ready to be world class in all respects. From the testing completed in 1995, it was determined that we had a deposit with 2 million tonnes of 85% grade material proven. This is far higher then the deposits being mined today and the one going into production later this year in Mexico. Other outstanding characteristics of the deposit are 1) 50 percent of the 1995 material was high aspect. 2) LOI was far lower than any known deposit. 3) Low iron content.............SUMMARY...Super Twins currently sits with 9,4 million shares outstanding or a U.S. market cap of about 9 million. It currently awaits a full feasibility study, which is confidently expected to give the green light, to proceed with putting the deposit into production. It is intended that the company will mine 25,000 tonnes of material in 1997, with full production reaching 250,000 tonnes. The feasibility study will give a clearer picture, but with costs estimated at around $100.00 U.S. a tonne for the $300.00 product, profit margins should be excellent. For the higher end market, there is far greater margins. Up to this point, the value of STN's deposit has been overlooked, largely in part, to the unfamiliararity of Wollastonite to the investor. But value is value, and the value of this deposit is poised to be realized in the not to distant future. I encourage you to take a look at what I beleive is an extremely undervalued and overlooked situation.........Call Catherine Day or Carry Martin at 1-800-668-0071....Good Luck ! |
