So, anyone have any opinions on this stock? It seems to be trading far below it's book value, and the PE ratio is low. Earnings look like they're improving. The Quebec gov. seems to be getting a handle on their economy. The market for CXN shares seems to have picked up over the last few weeks, but why is it still so low?
