There is a new year 2000 company I recently discovered that is well known and repected in the Internetand Business Community. The company I am talking about is Infonautics(Nasdaq: INFO) they are the owners of Electric Library, CGIPower, Entark among other companies/divisions. They just announced that they just received a new contract with BJ's Wholesale Club. This company have many competitive advantages vs most year 2000 companies.
1) Well Known and Trusted: They are well known in the business community for many of their other products and services so they have an estrablished record.
2) Low Cost: They have a division in India and they will send the conversion work there so their conversion cost will be one of the lowest in the industry.
3) Technique: Their conversion ways are the least disruptive among the industry so their customers will be the least disrupted in the process.
4) Since they are a large company they can provide their clients with post conversion support that alot of companies need.
