Basic History:
Incorporated in 1986
FTG is at present day an authorized Platinum Dealer for new Lucent
Partner & Merlin Legend Telephone systems in selected areas.
They have over the past 10 years have had a strong business relationship
with AT&T
Another division of FTG is COBOLTYX which is a voice messaging system.
They are dedicated to design, manufacturing & marketing of proprietary
call processing systems.
A 3rd division is their assett managing division. They purchased this
in 1996 from AT&T Capital Corporation. This division recycles used telephone
computer & data transmission equipment from a variety of AT&T
offices.
They have a 50% stake in Beijing Antai Communication equipment co.
In the Peoples Republic of China. Also they have offices in Mexico and the
philippines.
Over the past 10 years they have shipped $70,000,000.00 of telephone
equipment to over 8,000 clients.
Traded on the AMEX they recently concluded a 1-10 split in order
to reduce float. Also at the same time moved from small cap Nasdaq to
American Exchange. Symbol prior was FONE.
