I recently found out that Softkey completed its aquisition of The Learning Co. on December 28th. Softkey also publsihes over 300 other pieces of software, including all the Compton's reference materials. The Learning Co. is the leader when it comes to childrens software so these could be a very powerful move for SKEY.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the stock? It is currently at 23 1/8 up 1/4 on Friday. It is very close to it's 52 week low of 20.3, with a year of high of 52 3/4. I'm not too familiar with the company, up until now. What happened this year that caused the major drop from 50 to 20?
