I've visited this company's Web site and there seems to be more to this company and product than electronic post-it notes. Judging by the quality of their Web site, there seems to be a sense of where their technology and product can take them and how to get there. They have set up good distribution channels in N.A. and have partners in the UK and Europe to take care of distribution, translation and support.
The company has issued some 20m shares with a public float of approximately 7m. The president expects earnings of $0.10/share for 1997 which doesn't include the contribution from the enterprise version soon to be in beta.

What is JOT-IT!?
JOT-IT! lets you peel off an electronic note, write or record sound on it, and link it to the action you are performing. Most importantly, JOT-IT!
