PrimeStar is jointly owned by Comcast, Cox Communications, Time Warner, and TCI Cable. TCI has spun off a seperate tracking stock, TSATA, which makes this the most direct method of investing in PrimeStar. Still the question remains... Is TSATA a wise investment?
