After this week's chaotic shareholders meeting, does anyone get the impression that the inner workings of this company are in total disarray? Ovitz golden parachute is the talk of the town and one has to wonder why cardiac patient Eisner took a big salary increase instead of more stock options. I think the emperor has no clothes (rumored to be considered for an animated feature release next year--just kidding) but this is a company coasting on its all American reputation that hasnt really done much recently. Considering a big short position here.
