on the basis of MPV's press release today concerning the
JV with deBeers, Glenmore Highlands will get 17 million shares of MPV for their 40% of the AK-CJ property - which of course includes the 5034 diamond-bearing kimberlite pipe.

By simple proportion, CFV's 10% of the AK-CJ is worth 1/4 as much - which values current CFV shares at 69.4% of the value of MPV shares when the dust finally settles.

CFV closed at 44% of the MPV price today, so we have an arbitrage situation to take advantage of.
