This Company (T.NTO and T.NTO.WT) just merged with Chipman Resources and Dominion Explorers...Projected cash-flow for 1997 is about $0.41 per share and its trades at $1.70...wonder why ?

Also, the warrants are really cheap and sometimes trade with no premium.
