Return to Brillance China Auto (CBA)

A Bermuda holding co. owned 51% of Shenyang JinBei, which makes mini bus in northern part of China. This stock has been down for the past few years. Is it the time to take a look? There are some questions needed to answered before I should jump in. Actually I already have established position in this stock since last year. I hope that some one has information regarding my questions and wants to share with each other. My questions are;

The Chinese Financial Education Development Foundation owns 55.7% of CBA (S&P Stock Report 8-21-95). Any one know any thing about this foundation?

The management is at Hong Kong. How can they help the operaiton at Shenyang?

How is the relationship between Toyato and JinBei? Does JinBei has an exlusive agreemnet regarding the Toyato minibus' Chinese distribution?

Thanks in advance if you can give me some or any information.
