FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- March 25, 1997--GROUP LONG DISTANCE, INC. (NASDAQ: GLDI, GLDIW) (BSE: GPL, GPLW) announced today the Public Offering of 1,250,000 Common Shares at $4.50 per Share and 1,250,000 Redeemable Common Stock Purchase Warrants at $0.10 per Warrant.
