Anyone follow or heard of this company?

They recently came out with their IPO in March that was unsuccessful due to the disastrous conditions of the new issue market, BUT , they had a very strong underwriting team including Hambrecht & Quist, Montgomery Securities & Cowen & Company.

Macrovision is the leader in encryption technology for VHS tapes, encrypting over 1.5 BILLION since 1985, along with being a major player in the DVD encryption technology, if not the future DE FACTO standard. This recent article shows the type of powerful alliances they currently have with DVD manufacturers.
