PageStar completes name and symbol change: now trading as SATX

SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 1, 1997--As previously
announced, PageStar Inc. (BB:PGST) has changed its name to Satellite
Control Technologies Inc. and has begun trading on the NASDAQ
over-the-counter bulletin board under the symbol SATX.

Satellite Control Technologies Inc., with headquarters in Santa
Ana, is engaged in the development of wireless-based products using
the company's patented technology. The company's initial products
target the billion-dollar automotive anti-theft market. The first
75 units of the company's AlphaTrak 2000, 4000 and 9000 anti-theft
systems are scheduled for initial delivery in early May.
