Drilling is underway (June 1, 1997) at the Tonopah, Nevada Gold Project. The 1997 drill program will exceed 15,000 feet and will test a number of exploration targets identified during the 1996 program. The 1996 program confirmed a gold resource of close to 200,000 ounces of gold. We hope to add to that amount in 1997. This years drilling program should continue into July. The first results should be available near the end of June.
