Neary Resources (NRY-VSE) up 82% on Tuesday

From the Globe and Mail:

"Neary Resources has been trading only for a couple of weeks on the VSE, but what a couple of weeks. The stock - which closed at $0.55 on its first day of trading May 30 - has surged in increasingly active trading since its debut. Yesterday the Vancouver-based junior said it had reached an agreement in principle with Gemstone Mining Inc. to acquire a 60% stake in the Utah-based outfit for $3-million (US). Gemstone bought an option from Kennecott Exploration Co. to purchase the Red Beryl property in Beaver County, Utah, in addition to processing facilities and equipment. Gemstone is trying to assess the economic viability of mining for the red beryl gems on the Utah property. Neary has the right to buy an additional 30% interest in Gemstone in exchange for 2 million Neary shares."
