As you know, Iron Mike's fight with Evander Hollyfield was stopped when Mike couldn't get enough of Evander's floppy. Perhaps Mike didn't have enough cartilege in his diet (somebody should tell him that you can buy shark cartilege capsules). Anyway, recipes posted here must contain ear as an ingredient. The cookbook was put under coffee shop since such dishes are best served with coffee. Stir-fry, boiled, baked, poached, put it all here! Who needs Met-Rx!?
