Here is a little known holding company with interests in software developement. Has recently acquired Intuitive Technology consultants of Atlanta. Now they have signed a letter of intent to acquire HDX 9000 Inc. a New York based international software company specializing in solutions to the Y2K Fix.
HDX has entered into a 50/50 joint venture with Price Waterhouse for its ISO 9000 methodology. To date HDX 9000 has generated over $500,000 in sales. Users of their technology include: British Broadcasting Co., Matheson & Co, GEC, Arthur Anderson,Dun & Bradstreet.
I believe if the acquisition is completed PHXU will start its way up.
I am in it at 7/8 and its year high was this week at 1 3/4, have seen some big blocks going in, lets see what happens.
