Return to PHFR: A $50M Company for .71/Shr ?? Anyone Know ??

I came across this company during my research. It's call Pharmaceutical Formulation (PHFR) and reading through their reports...I can't figure out why they are currently at .71/shr..here are some financial stats:
1. 9 months sales $58M (yes, million)
2. 9 months Net income $1m (a penny stock with actual net income!!!)
3. # of shares floating - 30million - or $.03EPS.

This company makes generic and brandname over-the counter pharmaceuticals...asprin, etc. They recently inked another deal.

Given many co. without any sales, let alone sufficent cash for a continued operations, go far higher than this, at .71/share this sounds strange. Check out their 10ks on Edgar. Does anyone know more about this? any comments??
