Maxnet, Inc. Announces Name Change and New Symbol
Huntingdon Valley, PA - July 21, 1997: Concord International Group,
Huntingdon Valley, PA, is pleased to announce that it has changed its
name to Maxnet, Inc. The company's new symbol on the NASD-BB will be
MXNT, effective July 21, 1997.
Concord announced last week that it purchased the remaining 95 percent
of Maxnet, Inc. for $10 million in stock. Concord acquired 5 percent
of Maxnet last year.
Maxnet has two subsidiaries - S.E.G. Technologies, Inc., a computer
system integrator and hardware distributor, and Savemart.com, Inc., an
Internet service provider.
