While virtually unknown compared to the publicity surrounding recent IPO @HOME (ATHM), Adelphia Communications (ADLAC) has been aggressively rolling out cable modem service in its territories as well as starting heavy TV advertizing for its products under the slogan "Adelphia: Your Link for Everything". The stock has recently broken out from a base in the 7 range and appears to be under accumulation. I've noticed heavy block buying at the ask for the past week or so.

I've also signed up for their cable modem service (PowerLink) since they serve my area of South Florida. It should be installed tomorrow so I'll report on my experience with it as soon as it's up and running.
