Burn-in involves testing the operational capacity of a chip at temperatures ranging from -67 to 302 degrees Fahrenheit. MTX is capable of processing thousands of chip tests simultaneously. Aehr Test also makes equipment that tests memory chips prior to their adhesion to memory boards,carriers to hold these chips during burn-in, test systems designed to handle high-memory 4-gigabit chips, and other specialized memory test applications. The company conducts over 90% of its sales overseas, with Sony and Siemens representing almost 50% of that total."
