Hurco has recently been awarded several patent infrigments. There is pending court action with many more. Several of which are in active negotiations with Hurco now. The company has been using the moneyto reduce there long term debt. Each of the last 3 quarters they have increased revenues, income and new bookings. Because of the patent infrigments, I look for the company to continue to decrease its long term debt and interest payments. Because of what appears to be the validaty of there patents. I look for new licensing agreements with new and existing customers to continue to increase the companies revenues and income.
