Riviera International Announces New Stock Symbol "RICI"

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 1997--Riviera International Casinos Inc. (formerly LumaNet Corp. OTCBB: LUMA) announced today a stock symbol change to RICI. The new cusip number of 769633 10 8 trades RICI on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board effective immediately.

Riviera International Casinos Inc. also announced that the common stock has been reverse split on the basis of one share for every ten shares previously outstanding. The 1 for 10 reverse split is effective Aug. 22, 1997. The Riviera International Board of Directors and holders of a majority of Riviera common stock approved the reverse split.
