Chicago Miniature Lamp is a manufacturer of a variety of miniature lighting products comprised of value added lighting
assemblies and bulbs, bulb sockets, automated bulb manufacturing equipment and fiber optic products. For the six months
ended 6/1/97, revenues rose from $41.5 million to $86 million. Net income increased 82% to $9.8 million. Results reflect
growth of market share and customer development.
