Here is a company with very good management and properties in the Timmins area. The company announced last week in a news release that a drill program has started to test(4) four of these properties for Gold and base metals.

Here are the following people that make up the managment of this company.

Jean-Claude Bonhomme; Chairman
Mr. Bonhomme, a mining promoter, has been involved over last 30 years in raising venture capital for several important mineral exploration and development projects including funding for the Mackinnon-Larche Hemlo Syndicate in the early 1980's which resulted directly in the discovery of the Hemlo gold deposits currently in production.

John Harvey, B.Sc. P.Eng; President and Cheif Executive Officer
Mr. Harvey recently retired after 12 years as President of Noranda Exploration. He was President and CEO of Hemlo Gold Mines Inc. from 1989 to 1991 and has been instrumental in the discovery of many ore deposits for the Noranda Group. With 30 years experience, he is reconized as one of the world's foremost explorationists.

Robert N. Granger,B.A.L.L.B. Q.C.; Vice President, Administration,Secretary and Treasurer.
Mr. Granger has been a corporate and securities lawyer specializing in natural resources field for over 30 years. In 1994 he resigned his partnership at Gowling,Strathy & Henderson to become Chairman and CEO of Anvil Range Mining Corp. where he led it in raising approximatetly $100 million in order to bring the former Curraugh mine at Faro,Y.T. back into production.

With this kind of experience running this company, the chances of hitting something in the ground becomes greater. This stock price at present is a joke. This years high was $0.85 and now it is at it's low of $0.15. With any luck on their present drilling programs this low price won't be there for long.

buy low sell high
