Comprehensive Care Corp.

Does anyone follow this company. CMP engages in the ownership, operation, and management of freestanding psychiatric and substance abuse facilities and the management of in-hospital psychaitric and substance abuse programs located in unaffiliated hospitals. For the 3 months ended 8/97, revenues rose 21% to $10.9 million. Net loss fell 53%. I have been told by someone that knows a senior executive there that this is a great turnaround story. The company was on the verge of bankruptcy when Chris Street, CEO, tookhover. He has a history of taking over corporations in trouble, getting a lot of options, turning the company around and making a lot of money. I am told that the loss recently reported should be the last loss and that this company could earn $3 per share in the next couple of years. Some people are expecting them to be acquired in the very near future and are throwing out prices like $18-20. CMP has the smallest float of any stock on the New York Exchange-around 3,400,000. Anyone follow this stock.
