Carnegie Group, Inc. (CGIX) today anounce their first earning since
company went public last quater. Earning was impressive @.46 compare
.17 last quater. CGIX claim to be a world leader in providing knowledge-
based software solutions for complex business problems in a wide range
of industries.

CGIX was found by four widely respected computer scientists from
Carnegie mellon University. They saw a huge potential in applying
knowledge-based technology in the commercial arena. CGIX has Digital Equipment,
Ford Motor, Texas Instrument, US West, US Army, Bell South...many
Fortune 100 corporations as Applied Technology Partners.

Their marketing has expanded rapidly to Japan, Europe, Asia..

CGIX also own one-third of Intelligent Technology Inc.(ITI) of Tokyo,
joint venture agreement with Olivetti's holding corporation, Generale
di Sviluppo Servizi e System Software, S.p.A. Italian based co.

Stock trade @8 3/8 - 10 1/8 closed @9 3/4 today (Feb 1, 1996).
I still think PE is low compared to their earning growth.
