This new telecom enterprise, participation in which has been only indirectly available to investors (through Associated Group), will soon have its IPO (see teligentcorp.com ).

Teligent is building urban microwave networks as a low cost
alternative to hardwired wide-band telecom services for mainly
small and medium-sized businesses, using roof-top antennas.
Teligent was formerly Associated Communications, L.L.C., and is
still majority owned by Associated Group , Inc. (AGRPA, AGRPB).
