Return to C-Cube Microsystems

AN UNPRECEDENTED VALUE ...

We tracked C-Cube Microsystems from its high of $71 hit on 2/26/96
to its low of $16 3/4 in the C-Cube thread. It has been hammered by
short sellers seeking to capitalize on the Asia situation. However,
estimated 1998 earnings are approximately $1.23 per share; at least two
analysts recommend strong buys, and one moderate buy; Here is a good
article to get started upon for new investors:

As of 11/15/97, the short interest was 7,494,973. There is no
negative news. The current P/E ratio is approximately 15. These are
signs that the stock should turn around. We will track it in this
thread from the current price of $20 back to its high of $71 and
beyond.

I know that some people have reservations to posting to a new
thread. We can always refer back to the old C-Cube thread for past
information. Immediately after that thread was started, C-Cube started
to slide down and has not seen those highs again as yet. TLC's
situation was similar and along with the start of new thread the
turnaround was initiated. Don't underestimate the positive vibrations
that a new start can have and please start posting to this thread.
