Resz International's primary business is development of E-Commerce software and interactive software developments. I believe the are also developing other related software products for use in government service in Canada and other countries; Res International certainly involved in producing numerous diverse software packages for implementation within these business and government institutions.
They have a number of alliances with companies such Digital, Hierpolis (a government initiative in Canada), Cybercash, Secur/Nat and other important deal will hopefully be forthcoming.
Resz where also very close to a merger with a private company called I.C. television Inc with the intention to integrate the two companies technologies and product lines and bring them together into the market place.
This merger now seem to be on an indefinite hold after the announcement that the deal to be completed in September was to be completed on the 10 of October, which didn't not happen. A press release to the affect of why this did not go through has not been publicly published and I have yet to get any answers to if this merger is still on the backburner and ready to happen when other current developments are completed.
Talk of a three way merger care of another investor seem to be untrue and all I can say is the merger is off until otherwise proven to be on by a press release to the opposite is made. I sure would like to discuss this potential three way merger more with the gentleman who mentioned it last month.
Talking about the 3 way merger what is the connection if any with Channel I ?? Anyone.
The latest press release notes a deal completed with New York based telephone company called The Champlian Telephone Co. This company are utilizing the Res Cybermall software and Res where to be installing the software over November. Res International hope to reach 15% of this market within 2 years with estimated gross revenue of $ 35 million.
Resz are said to have been approached by major players at the Comedex show recently, but that is all I know, but I can't confirm if any deals has been signed from these shows, but the talk is that more deals are to be finalized from comedex in the near future.
The primary basis for this thread is to bring people to discuss what I believe is a company with massive potential to move up in share price within the next 4 - 6 months and after that the companies potential is enormous.
If you know anymore about any of the information listed here that I have mentioned or if I have forgotten something or if you wish to tell us what you believe is worthwhile, then let's discuss it here, as 1998 could be a completely new outlook for this company. Let's hope 1998 is the year of the Resz.
