Talk to the CEO or manager of almost any technology company and you will discover that one of the biggest challenges they face is finding qualified IT professionals to fill an increasing number of vacancies in almost every department. According to a recent Wall Street Journal article, an estimated three out of every 10 computer-related vacancies will take six months or longer to fill.
As is usually the case, one firm's problems are frequently another firm's opportunity! Consequently, a growing number of elite IT solution providers and IT staffing companies are experiencing double-digit growth rates and improving profit margins. The purpose of this thread will be to provide a forum to discuss IT solution/staffing providers such as Keane, Cambridge Technology Partners, Computer Task Group, Analyst's International, Compuware and Technology Solutions, among others.
