WASHINGTON, Dec 30 (Reuters) - Everest Capital Ltd said Tuesday it holds a 7.63 percent stake, or 1,778,100 common shares, in NS Group Inc.
In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Hamilton, Bermuda-based Everest said it holds shares in NS Group for investment purposes.
Everest said it acquired the shares between Dec. 15 and Dec. 23 at $13.57 to $17.33 each.
