subsidiary of Interaxx Technologies, has from its inception (1990)

interactive on-demand, multimedia television network. The intent of
the network is to seamlessly integrate the Internet with cable
television and to allow people to watch and interact with their
television sets.
Interaxx Technologies intends to exploit the patents owned by Interaxx
Television Network including retaining counsel to pursue possible
infringement of its patents. It is the intention of Interaxx
Technologies to grow the company through joint ventures and possible
