Top Image Systems Ltd., Ramat-Gan, Israel, a developer of processing, information-recognition and data-entry software, reported revenue for the third quarter of 1997 increased 119 percent to $1 million from $459,759 for the same period last year. Net income for the third quarter was $87,954, compared with a loss of $200,224 for the year-ago quarter.
