Largest public software group in Israeli is expected to make $3.67 in 1998 compared to $2.44 in 1997, an increase of more than 40%. But at $26 the stock is selling for just 7 times 1998 earnings.

Formula made it's debut on NASDAQ just last October, at roughtly $36.

What's wrong with this picture? Very low daily volume. Undiscovered bargain? Other opinions?
