For those of you who are not well familiar with the proposed deal between KBF and Solucorp I will strongly suggest that you go back and read all the press releases from Solucorp (SLUP) from Oct 1, 1997 thru today, specially Solucorp's eminent deal with the Republic of China which revolves mostly around the cleaning of metal-contaminated waters all over the country. The dollar amounts that they are talking about are in the billions. Again, suggest the reading of these press releases....

And then, you will see how this could "affect" KBF's bottom line...
