To Asia Forum Participants -

I'm creating this subject (not a thread yet) in the hopes of expanding discussion of specific Asia investment ideas.

Let's discuss specific companies, stocks, ADR's, debt instruments and anything that has a ticker symbol and does the majority of its business within Asia.

To start things off, I am short SK Telecom ADR (SKM_NYSE) which seems to have a premium of 100% plus over the Korea Stock Exchange local value. They're solely in the cell phone and wireless business, which is probably an expendable expenditure for debt-laden Koreans. There is a thread on this security here at SI. (BTW, SK does not stand for South Korea)
