Anyone following this pennystock? Within a couple of years this stock
was trading around $9.00 a share now only .24 ASK .Only 21.5 million shares outstanding.
They have Electronic Billboard Technology. They now have a royalty agreement licensing technology to Texas Digital Systems for signs in the fast food industry. I found SEC Documents showing 2 insiders have bought stock. Here is the link:
