Behaviour has completed a $30 million rights offering, of which $26.5 million was backed by principals. Behaviour's chief executive is Richard Szalwinski, who is a major shareholder of Discreet Logic, which has had a nice turnaround.

These look like good enough ingredients ... any comments ???
